Individual Counseling

Individual counseling is the process of a client meeting with a mental health clinician to address personal issues that are affecting their overall functioning. Individual counseling focuses on identifying a mental health diagnosis, creating a treatment plan that reduces symptomatology and identifies ways that the client can flourish. Typically, individual counseling is a weekly service that reduces in frequency as clients improve.

We offer our services to adult clients of all ages and adolescent clients who are 15 and older.
