Cor Sacrum offers internship opportunities (in Dallas) to undergraduate students looking to learn more about the business and operations of private practice.

Our internship opportunity offers:

Our ideal candidate:

  • Is a junior or senior level college student (preferably majoring in Psychology) with a genuine interest in attending graduate school in a psychology related field.

  • Has an interest in the business, operations, and administrative work of a private practice.

  • Has a connection with the Catholic core values at Cor Sacrum Counseling and Consulting.

  • Preferably knows the basics of various editing softwares such as Microsoft Office and Canva.

  • Is self-driven and creative.

  • Is available to work a minimum of 3-5 hours per week.

Internship Description:

Our internship position is geared toward college Psychology majors interested in working in the field of psychology. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain administrative and business experience while in a clinical setting.

Interns are given the agency to be creative and collaborate in the development of business operations, marketing, and event planning. The position includes tasks such as answering emails, assisting with social media marketing, research, website design, coordinating speaking events, and attending weekly strategy meetings.

Additionally, interns have the opportunity to receive monthly mentorship from Maribel Rodriguez Laguna, M.A., LPC-S, to learn more about attending graduate school to pursue working in the field of psychology.
